You have to be realistic 'cause things change but I think it is a great goal to try to stick to. Meal planning ahead is a great idea! You are on your way body wise. Keep up the good work. It's a nice feeling to see that change and really appreciate it instead of feeling like a failure just 'cuz you aren't quite where you want to be just yet.
